Our team is dynamic and cross-functional, so we are looking for someone who is eager to learn, collaborative, and has an international mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads and maintain strong client relationships.
Handle RFPs and negotiate contracts to achieve favorable terms for the company.
Prepare and manage company presentations and customer meetings independently.
Attend and represent Hello Straw at trade shows.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
Analyse market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
Set sales targets and KPIs and track progress.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Background in packaging, drinks & food, horeca, or retail industries; alternatively, experience in sports and football-related fields is also welcome.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Dutch or other languages is a plus.
Understanding of basic supply chain and sales processes.
Passionate about sales and sustainable products, goal-oriented, proactive, independent, and hands-on.
Minimum education: HBO (Higher Professional Education).
