Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads and maintain relationships with clients.
Handle RFPs and negotiate contracts to achieve favourable terms for the company.
Prepare and manage company presentations and customer meetings independently.
Attend and represent Hello Straw at trade shows.
Work collaboratively with the marketing and operations teams.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
Analyse market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
Set sales targets and KPIs and track progress.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience.
Excellent communication skills in English. Proficiency in Dutch or any other additional languages is a plus.
Previous experience in FMCG and network in relevant industries is a plus.
Understanding of basic supply chain and sales processes.
Passionate about sales and sustainable products, goal-oriented, proactive, independent, and hands-on.
Minimum education: HBO (Higher Professional Education).
